What we collect

If you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the enquiry type you choose and the message you write. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We do not take journey bookings or payments through this website.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use these details only to read and reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Our website host, Netlify, processes form submissions on our behalf, and our email is provided by Microsoft 365. These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer to meet legal obligations or deal with a dispute.

Cookies and third-party fonts

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to our use of it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us to do so. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
